7.2.1.2. SMTP

SMTP or Simple Mail Transport Protocol lets this device send image files

to specific E-mail addresses.

7.2.1.2.1. General

z SMTP: Turn this feature on or off.

z SMTP Server : Input the SMTP server name or IP address

z SMTP Server port : Use default SMTP port (25) or user-defined

(range 1024~65535)

z Authentication: Select authentication type according to your SMTP

server.

z User Name: Input the mail user name

z Password: Input the mail password

z Receiver mail address: There are five receiver settings available.

z Sender mail address: Used as mail "from" address.

z Attached File Type: Check this box for sending “JPEG” file as

attachment.

z Subject : Edit the mail subject

z Message : Edit the mail text
